I made this "Mountain" burger at home for our Saturday blanch. About 12 cm high.
I put many lettuce, sliced tomatoes and onions. This is easy and taste good!!
My potatoes are not fried, just baked.
It's healthy and they are not bad at all!
This will be my regular menu.
To eat a burger with mouth wide open is a single drawback...!?

Japanese Green Tea
I introduce you "Japanese Green Tea" today.
We have so many kind of green tea in Japan. I think it is over 20 kind. We enjoy different tasts at different occasion.
Do you know how to call "Japanese Green Tea" in Japanese?
We call "Nihon Cha" but most of time we call it "Ocha".
This is one of my favorite green tea called "KUKI CHA"
This tea isn't bitter at all and you feel sweetness too.
