French Toast

This recipe is great.  It was so good.   I found this on COOKPAD which is Japanese recipes datebase.  People are introducing their special recipe to others.  I just found it and tried.

You put eggs in a milk and mix them well and put your bread in it for 5 mins.  When you brown one side, you put granulated sugar on it inside your pan and do both side and brown them, count 10 with medium heat.  Sugar is melted and after that it gets crunchy outside but fluffy inside.

I put some butter on it and enjoyed with ham and coffee.  That was really good and I like this recipe so I'll repeat.

Save electric and save Japan

In last Friday, March 11th 2011, 14:46PM, we had a huge earthquake in Tohoku area.
And terrible Tsunami attacked there.

Even it was big in Tokyo.  I escaped from my building with other residences.  It was long shaking over than 2 mins and half... we tried to back to office but we couldn't stay there.  I packed my goods and stayed at nearest big parking lot.  I phoned to my family but cellphones were not working so I decided to drive to my parent's home.  I felt little scary but I drove safety to there.  They were all OK so I relieved.

At night, I prepared a bag for evacuation and put it at entrance with big touché light.
And I also provided candles for blackout.

We still have many aftershock in everyday.
We can't stare at nuclear plant too.  Many of Japanese are feeling anxious but at same time, thinking what should we do for Tohoku.
What kind of help we can do for them?

I decided to save more electric at home at least 2 hours at night except blackout plan.
Of course it's not so  easy to unplugged my fridge, telephone and internet but I can save lights and heaters.  I want to believe that it helps for Tohoku and save them at this moment!

I pray for victims.
